We experienced a major outage with our third-party tool, Pusher, which is crucial for real-time updates of job statuses, on 14th Nov 23. This issue caused intermittent disruptions within our portal, specifically affecting manual approvals of timesheets. The disruption occurred between 4:40 PM and 5:00 PM, during which users reported slowness in the portal due to Pusher's degraded performance.
If you face any challenges in accessing the portal and completing the manual approvals during this time, please note that we have changed the auto-approval schedule to 12 PM on the 15th of November 2023. We believe that this will provide sufficient time for the impacted users to approve the timesheets. Any timesheets not approved by this time will be processed through the automatic approval cycle and will be invoiced by midday.
