What this means for you:

• During this window the web portals and the Worker Mobile App will be unavailable, and you will see a maintenance screen if you try to log in.
• Please save your work and log out before 0:00 AM. Anything left unsaved when the maintenance begins will be lost.
• Nothing you have already saved will be affected. Shifts, bookings, timesheets and documents will be exactly as you left them once we are back.
• No action is needed from you afterwards. Your login details stay the same.
• Normal access will resume as soon as the update is complete. If you still see the maintenance screen after 4:30 AM, please refresh your browser or restart the app.
