We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance to apply security updates and platform improvements across the CareHires web portals (Supply Chain Management, Agency Accelerator, Marketplace, Care Rota and Agency Academy) and the Worker Mobile App.
Maintenance window: --------------------- Start: Friday 30 October 2026, 1:30 AM (UK time) End: Friday 30 October 2026, 4:30 AM (UK time)
What this means for you: --------------------- • During this window the web portals and the Worker Mobile App will be unavailable, and you will see a maintenance screen if you try to log in. • Please save your work and log out before 0:00 AM. Anything left unsaved when the maintenance begins will be lost. • Nothing you have already saved will be affected. Shifts, bookings, timesheets and documents will be exactly as you left them once we are back. • No action is needed from you afterwards. Your login details stay the same. • Normal access will resume as soon as the update is complete. If you still see the maintenance screen after 4:30 AM, please refresh your browser or restart the app.
